I am a big fan of the Rhubarb Pie season, along with the above mentioned, Rhubarb Pie itself - coming soon to an pie shop near you. It is just so dang autumnal. But apple/raspberry sounds like it'll do in a pinch.
Dee was big on rhubarb, in fact there is a giant rhubard still growing @ the beach-- i hear the strawberry/rhubarb combo is pretty popular... by the way, thanks for actually reading this!
